Worst service at Burger King

This is the third time we get horrible service First time we buy a burger without any sauce and gasless cooldrink, then the app items dont work also on the slip you can fill in a survey then that dont work. But the last straw is when you pay for food, you get home and not all of the food items is in the bag... How is this possible? A big company that dont care about service?

Also there is no number for Burger King Brackenfell that works! No one picks up!
