Worst Online Service

The worst first time experience using this outlet, I won R150 meal voucher from Vodacom and I ordered online and paid the balance with my card. Minutes later I get an sms that I’ll be refunded when I call the store the guy was clueless and ask me to come to the store when I get there I’m told the system rejected my order and there’s nothing I can do, which mean I forfeit my R150 voucher that I won and I’ll only get the R49 balance I paid within 5 days. I’m so ****ed by this outlet.
