Worst manager service at Burger king trade route mall

I was at burger king trade route mall on Saturday to get my family a meal, when I got there my self and other customers waited in line to be served for over 30 minutes. At that time there was a group of Mr delivery drivers that were being served and all the attention was given to these guys, They were all over the shop, and there was no social distancing. while I was waiting, my friend went to use the restroom and discovered that there was no soap to wash hands, he came and made them aware, and they ignored him, and this was the manager, After realizing that we have been standing there for a long time without being served I called the manager to complained, and this was the list of complains I had 1) No one is serving us , the Mr d guys are the only people that I being served while we waite. 2) The shop is not safe as covid protocols are not observed. 3) The toilet still has no soap. and her response was "What am I suppose to do because you have so many complains" 2) the way I understand this social distancing is your responsibility as a customer and not mine. 3) I'm just going to finish serving those guys and I will come back to you when I am done because you have too many complaints. To this, 2 other customers responded, one saying I must take a video so I can report her rudeness. the other just literally begged her to assist us . and that is the only time she decided to take our orders. She then said to me that I must call burger King and complain. I asked for her name from the lady serving drinks and she refused to give it to me. instead, she tried apologizing on her behalf. when I got home I furder realized that the chips she served us were not salted and were just undercooked. I have always been a customer of this shop, but this time was the worst, I even suggested to them that they could just have a teller dedicated to assisting Mr d guys so that they can serve other customers and to this, she said I must tell that to burger king.
