Worst customer service in drive thru

Just experienced the worst serve ever in Burger King New Market Alberton. I drove to drive thru and there were 3 cars behind me just before ordering machine. When I got there the lady behind me was already irritated by the slow service. It took more than 5 minutes for me to place my order. Once the order was placed I drove to the window for payment. I waited again for more that 3 minutes to make a payment and ended up leaving without food as the service was from an extremely lazy girl. During lunch time we must be assisted by people who are dedicated to their work. Wasted my lunch time at Burger king and got back to the office without food. I am so highly irate and disgusted by the service I got.
