Worst customer service

Hi ...I ordered online last week and my order didn't go through but I did pay for it using coupon even today no one contacted me regarding the issue and the refund issue cos I was using a coupon.i tried to order yesterday and today my order didn't go through but I was charged can someone contact me regarding this and tell me how are you going to refund me cos am using coupons.
