Worst customer service

Really received the worst customer service at the Menlyn Mall Burger King. Had to return my meal and request refund because they where not willing to give me one ektra sachet of ketchup how ridiculous is that. Have been buying alot from them for my business meetings etc. Unfortunately will not be supporting them in future because of something as stupid as that
