Worse food in a long time

i went in store to place my order the team member taking my order was very friendly and helpful as for the rest of the staff unfriendly inattentive do not care if someone is waiting for their food or not do not even look at you getting ice cold food after such a long wait disgusting i complain all the time but nothing ever gets done the store just keeps on going downhill i cant take call during the day as i work
