Worse Drive Through

I recently went to Burger King in Glen Marais. The service is terrible. The drive through was a bit busy, so I decided to go inside. I waited there for almost 20 minutes just to get my order taken. As I saw that I was not being helped, I decided to go via the drive through. I have never in my life waited so long in a drive through! This was supposed to be a quick service. I was in the line for almost an hour. This is unacceptable!
