Winner of shady service

I am deeply disappointed, disgusted by the treatment and service received from your store Green Market Square

This is not the first time we have experienced problems with orders done via MR D and there be missing items.

I call the store cause dealing with MR D is a utter waste of time.

The so called Manager advises me that he will investigate. • First according to him I ordered a Triple chicken burger meal… weird the one I ate was beef • Second according to the staff member he discussed the order with he assures me it was packed…. Future lesson open bag at office take a picture with the Mr D Driver to prove they missed an order • I then question him like seriously… Indirectly you claiming I am lying to score free chips? Seriously • Thirdly he answers the call with Salaam? Since when is that common practice? • Mr D Calls and then says direct to their Client care… really they worse than dealing with Eskom on a stage 5 load shedding • Mr D then offers me a voucher for the missing chips??? Really… come on the phone calls are costing more than the potatoe that was used • Additionally I indicate this is not the first time this happens and again handled with no understanding of what service means and listening to a client opposed to hearing words.
