Whopper cheese burger/ Sandwich

Bought a 3 whopper cheese burgers from Burger King Pavilion mall yesterday via Mr D it was delivered with no chips and no pepsi. When phoning to inquire was attended to with such bad attitude and was told to phone mr d which I did and the blamed Burger King for giving us order with missing items. Phone again and was told the burger doesn't come with anything just a single burger. My colleague later went to Burger King Pavillion mall order same whopper cheese burger and they gave her the burger with chips. She asked why earlier on we order the same thing but was given a burgerswith no chips and the response was it because we ordered a " sandwich " not a burger. So I'm confused and extremely upset with the different stories we were told and the bad attitude we received and the manor in which this issue was handled.
