Who cares about customer service...

Shocking level of service and management.... On ordering a special I was informed that the soft drink system was not working and we could get milkshakes on the request with additional charges. We requested a flavor of milk shake and this was also out of stock. So I asked them as seen as I can not get my 1st or 2nd choice, how can they still charge me an add on for what I am getting now.... The manager came and told me this is how it is, if I don't want to pay then they will give me the balance of my order and I can go... Even if the special included a drink, I will not get it now but still pay the same amount... I paid the and on amount and got my order, only to find that the milk shakes had been filled half way in the cup and was never stirred and mixed... When I took it back into the shop to ask the managed how they could give customers something like that she told me that I moan too much, gave me new milk shakes so I could leave... I have no problem with business is business, but the level of service and attitude has made that I will never go back to this Burger King branch....
