Where's my FOOD?!!

You know, some franchises are always given credit based on Location but Burgerking Bryanston is just the worst! I ordered food on the 20th of March, an incorrect order was delivered and the driver was the 1st to give me attitude. I called the store and was promised my correct order would be delivered as soon as its out but I never received it. When I called the store again, I was told the lady assisting me had knocked off and I should come collect my food myself.. Why the hell did I pay for delivery on MrD then? And I still don't have my order!!
