Where is my food I paid for?

I was so excited to support Burger King Ottery yesterday. But this was short lived when I arrived home a good 15 minutes drive away only to find one of my daughters special requests not in my bags! I specifically asked the packer if his sure all my items are there. I immediatly called your helpline and was told to expect a call from the branch manager. It's 24hrs later and still NO call. I paid for an item which I did not receive and my child was dissapointed. Not sure I will want yo support this branch again.
