What a disappointment

was so excited to hear buger king had a vegan option, so without any hesitation i went to buger king in Lorrain PE, I decided not to go through the drive through and go into the shop. To my disappointment the front of house manager had no manners what so ever, when I asked for the wifi pin to use the app in store he spoke to the guy working behind the desk in Xhosa, in a very bad manner, not helping me with the wifi what so ever, and when I asked if there’s a problem he rep**** with a nasty attitude. As if that wasn’t enough I waited 15mins for my small change after getting my food, when i got to the car and wanted to eat my buger i found a hair in my food, and my chips was ice cold. Needless to say I was so unhappy that i just through my food away and drove of. Needless to say I will never support them again. What a disappointment.
