What a bad service

Ive never been so disappointed and angry like today at Beggar king at trade route mall , i was so tired from work my husband and i thought lets get something to eat on our way home , we then went to drive thru line it was very slow but we were so patent until we got our chance to order , the guy that was supposed to help us after we waited he then said he will be with us then he kept having a conversation with the guy behind taking about UZALO after then decided to take our order boom we were happy after that he said SORRY BRO we closed, what a service im so disgusted
