We were told that we cannot go into the restaurant to buy

One of the stuff members reminded the security guard at the door that he should not allow people to go into the restaurant. As my sister was making her way to the counter to buy, she was shouted at and told to go out and rather order at the drive-thru (even if she is walking). Mind you, it was 8pm (still within operating hours) and there were still patrons in the restaurant. No explanation as why that was, on top of that our order was the worst!! We ordered ice-cream, and it was not fully set, it was dripping all over the show 😑 😒 Burger King Chris Hani you take the WORST SERVICE trophy!
