waste of time

I used to love eating at Burger King,but I will not go there anytime soon. I bought a XXL chili cheese meal and a whopper meal. When I got at home I discovered that I had two kiddy meals. Prior to that we waited for a branch to open in M/plain and it was almost 11 already...staff was going on with their normal activities and could see us though the glass door. There was no sign on to advise that they will be opening much later as their grill or something was broken. We stood there for another half an hour in the cold,keep in mind the store should have open at 10:00 already. Eventually I got the attention of a staff member who told us they will open later due to faulty cooking equipment. I mean at least they could have put on a sign to advise people. We wasted our time.
