WASTE OF MONEY

Good day,

I have to say I have not been this disapointed in a while with the food served by Burger King in a while.

First day of the 14 days lockdown and I thought that I would treat my family with our favourite take away meal but what an disappointment.

We ordered the mix or match R55.00 special three of them as well as 3x the jalapeno chicken fries.

Only for my husband to go and buy our food and was his back home in like seconds from our place in Richwood Northern Suburbs, from where the new Burger King opened up in the Richmond Park area.

He asked for two burgers of the three whopper burgers to be without gherkins only to get home and all of them has gherkins on plus the burgers is ice Ice cold, which gives me the indication that these where burgers that was prepared earlier in the day and was laying there on there shelf.

Then the same with the jalapeno fries all three boxes was cold and the fries was stale as if it was also once again old and not freshly prepared for us as the customer.

With this disapointment I have lost faith in ordering anything again from our local Burger King, is this the kind of food service to expect from this Burger King?

Burger King has always been my top of the list of take aways and we would either always drive to the closest one to us which was N1 City of Bayside centre and with the one opening up right here in our area in Richmond Park it was like YIPPEE, not anymore disapointment to extreme!

They will not have my support! Really bad service on their food and I will be spreading the word!
