Very very bad customer service

I went to the restaurant and ordered a kiddies meal on their online menu. Upon receiving the meal it came without the juice as indicated on the menu and pictur as well as description.and instead they gave me a cup for their fountain cold drink of whitch i was not even intrested in ,figuring that the juice will come with the meal ,I patiently waited for my meal.after receiving the and asking for the juice of which they told me the meal doesn't come with a juice I went to eat and revisited the online menu site and found out that they were lieing so I stood up and and again asked for my juice and showed them the detailed description of the meal but they refused..even when I asked for the manager they told me he was very busy.later on that day I made a reveiw on their website but no one responded to that ,later...I send an email to their customer service ND surprisingly they responded not nowing that it was an automated message notifying me that they'll get back to me asap as they asked for my details on their second response but no one ever contacted me to solve my problem instead they some how blocked my emails and after many attempts to get through to them this is my only way of getting the message out there that this restaurant cares less about their customers and are not willing to fix and take responsibility of the mistakes made by their employees. This is a very bad indication of **** poor back customer service that iv ever experienced in any restaurant before
