Very unhappy

Worse service ever at burger king mall of the south i have been waiting 15 min for my food and ice cream... they obly mention 2 me they are offline after i swiped my card.....so now i have 2 wait....just to find out that the machine that makes the ice cream is not connected.....not good at ALL
