Very poor service - again!
We went to buy at Birger King, Sasol, Church street Ermelo and the service was pathetic!
When I ordered our burgers the lady at the counter asked "What?" I had to show her a picture of the food we wanted. The lady was very rude, concentrating on talking to her collegues and was so busy eating sweets that she struggled to speak.
This is not the first time that we receive such poor service at that specific Birger King and I really think they must be properly trained, specifically on customer service.
