Very dissapointed

So we ordered our food im sure the system knows exactly what food to give, yet when u dont double check your food as a customer your food is always wrong now im fedup of this and take aways it is becoming a habit. One chilli cheese fries and a wopper was not in my packet we drive petrol out from salt river to town for s**** to come home and get short food. Unfortunately due to loadshedding we desperate to eat. They give the drink not the burger and fries oh wow where i could have just bought mc Donalds this totally sucks
