Very bad service Burger King

I have ordered from them many times and time after time there was always something missing!! The latest one now I had friends over. Ordered each of them something so everyone had a burger and fries.... We get the order delivered and low and behold a missing burger!! So I phoned them and get told they will refund me the money and I must just order again.... So I must pay delivery again!! And the tip again.... No concern that one of my guests have no food or trying to help. NOTHING!!! When I order the poor driver sits and waits so so long for the food and by the time it gets here it is cold. NOT the drivers fault as I track his progress. Burger kings service is terrible. The staff is so loud at any store when u go there u do not even want to sit there. They can never get the order correct!!!! You need to step up your customer service really you do!!!
