Very Bad Service!!!!!

<p>On 4 August we visited the BurgerKing branch in Brackenfell for the second time, the first time was not the best but it ix the closest one to us. We placed our order waited almost 20 min,other people receiving their orders that ordered after us. When i started asking they started looking for my order, i said i want my money back the manager saidplease he wil sort it out. When we got the order and started eating the burgers did not have the extra souce as asked and the burgers also did not have any pickles on as it should have. I was so irritated we just ate and left tired of fighting. We called the contact number on the slip and soon talked to one of their Customer care staff. He was very polite and took our details saying that hd wil contact them and get back to us. Its been more than 24 hours noresponse........ Customer service just as bad as Thd Stores! I rather stick with Mc Donalds as they MAN Up and take responsibility for your actions. </p>
