Useless Burger King Wonderpark

Burger King deduct twice the amount. After confronting the cashier, she told that the funds woul be reversed same time or next day. two week along the line nothing, went back the manager told me that it shows on their app it reversed. My statements shows no money was reversed. The customer service number in Cape Town as useless as the next person. And Im still waiting for their so call legal department as they said to investigate, the admin they spent is even way more than the food I bought. I eat there every weekends, they can forget, they will never see me again.
