Unsatisfied service / response

On the 6th I was Burger King at Pavillion Mall. As I was waiting for my order to be taken another 2 ladies come in and we're standing behind me. When it was my turn the Operator stated to me, sorry but the ladies behind me was there first. I was so shocked. I stated I was there first. At no point did the operator try to serve me first as they were speaking in their own language. I left the store speechless and not ordering anything. What happened to customer service and keeping customers happy
