Unsatisfied Quality of food/No Ingredients as on Website

After numerous emails to *** and telephonic calls with no responses to your customer service i have resorted to hellopeter.

On the 02 March 2023 at 10:56 am My colleague and I ordered an EXTRA LONG CHILI CHEESE and a FIERCE CHICKEN WHOPPER WHOPPER everyday. Once we started to eat we noticed that the ingredients we actually wanted and craved was not on the meals to our disappointment.

Below is what we expected from our orders : with fiery chilli mayo, angry onions and zesty jalapeño slices. Where was the CHILLI in the mayo and ZESTY JALAPENO SLICES? Fiery chilli cheese sauce and hot jalapeños In a nutshell: full of taste from start to finish. Where was the FIERY CHEESE SAUCE and HOT JALAPENOS? Why do you call it an extra long when its normal size roll?

We did not have any of the fiery sauce/Jalapeno's, Chili that was supped to be on the burger and THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING.

Unfortunately we went to the attached branch because we had a meeting in Goodwood and once back at our office was not prepared to drive all the way back to return. That was the reason for my 1st telephonic call to your customer service where i was advised to add the pics and slip where we ordered the burgers.
