Unsatisfactory service at the new Burger King in Springs

On Saturday the 20th August 2022 we went to the new Burger King in Springs and placed an order of 1 x Whopper Cheese Beef Burger, 1 x Whopper Double Beef Cheese Burger and 1 x Whopper Double Cheese Beef Burger Meal and 1 x Whopper Cheese Chicken Burger Meal. My ticket numbet wad 1076. When we got home which is 10km from the Burger King, we found that the order was incorrect. We received 1 x Whopper Cheese Beef Burger Meal. 1 x Whopper Double Cheese Beef Burger Meal and 1 x Whopper Cheese Chicken Burger Meal. This was very disappointing as wr are a family of 4 so needless to say, we had to share a burger so that at least we could all have something to eat. We could not take the meal back due to the distance we had to travel and if course once we left the shop what proof do we have of the burger that was missing. Sorry to say but my first experience with the new Burger King in Springs was not very satisfying, especially when i had paid for the order and not received what i had ordered.
