Unprofessional, uninformed,lazy ,assholes

Burger king employees are unskilled and cannot do basic things as simple as getting the correct order ,their staff seems to not have any knowledge of the products that thy are advertising ,i was **** to pay for a wrong meal order ,was told the order i want dose not exist , even though the ad is on their website ,and to make thing worst burger king Management,and their customers cair divesion could not care any less i have emailed their customers care 3 times and never anything ,all i get is an automated response and no one ever actually deals with the problem to an extent that i had to register an account on hello peter just to try and get some sort of service .
