Unprofessional Manager

On the 28 December 2018, I visited Burger King in Adderley Street, Cape Town. I placed my order with Zuko, not knowing that he was the manager at the time. I ordered an extra long chilli cheese meal and gave the wrong number according to the menu board. He was so abrupt and arrogant whilst going through the different meals they offered. I then paid for my meal and received my food. I ate my lunch which was about 11:20 am, had two refills of half cups each. I then took the tray and wanted to dispose of the papers and left over source, forgetting that the form cup was on the tray. I then went to the counter to ask for another cup as I wanted a refill. Zuko was there at the time and I asked politely if I could get another cup as mine fell in the bin. He refused to give another cup and advised me that I should pay again. According to their policy which was stated at the bottom of the receipt, "No refills after an hour", which makes sense but according to Zuko, I must pay for another cup and that was only twenty minutes later. I then asked to speak to the manager, he advised that he is the manager. I then asked to speak to his superior and he said he doesn't have one, which I found very strange. Yet again, the tone and manner which he used was very unprofessional. As a manager he sets no example for his team. It's the first time that I encountered a bad experience at a burger king and hopefully the last.
