Unhelpful and rude staff

A man by the name of Eddy working at Burger King Preller plain in Bloemfontein phoned me to inform me that after placing my online order their ice cream machine was broken and he recommended I order a different dessert. I asked him to rather refund me. This was too big an issue for him to solve. Extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, said he will call me back. Never happened. Pathetic! Untrained employees! Horrible!
