Unhappy with the quality of Burger and bad customer service.

On 02-07-2023 20:29 i purchased 3 x whopper cheese combo at Mall of Africa they did not have lettuce which was short-changing meaning it was not a full product but too much sauces which ended up dripping .I asked why no answer was provided. I then requested to immediately change to upgrade my order and pay additional amount Phophi refused .Even though the order was not done yet. This is not how you treat you loyal customers it was not value for money
