Unhappy customer

Is anyone else experiencing email issues? Every time I send an email, I get an email back stating it didn't go through. But I have had terrible service from Burger King in the past week, but this company is usually good with service, however, I have experienced bad service with Burger King. The store I visited doe snot open on time and when i ask the staff, they tell me there is an issue, but no staff member stands by the door to inform customer's what is going on.
