Unhappy Customer

I was at the Mall of africa store on the 10/03/2020. The staff of 4 just stood there doing nothing but stare at us, knowing we are waiting to place an order. One lady at the till was busy with a customer while the others just stood there. After 10 min one lady decides to look for a pen, after that she then comes to us saying can i take ur order....which i was then very upset, called the manager - moosa, told him exactly what happened....his answer was oh....sorry about that, what can i get you....i mean really...is this how customers should be treated...i never place the order at all...was just to irritated to order.
