Unhappy client

First time buying from your store and iam not impressed at all,I bought nachos using a coupon maybe that's why I was given fries that taste horrible and break as soon as you pick them like iam not happy at all I could have just bought chips by the stores next to you guys this is totally uncalled for worse I had to wait forever like why ?
