Unfair Cancellation fees

Two weeks ago i ordered food from burger king on uber eats and i used the wrong location and card so i cancelled the order within 5 minutes of it being accepted and the app told me i would be refunded because the money had already been taken out my account. I received an email from uber eats stating that i was charged the FULL PRICE OF THE MEAL(R337) as a cancellation fee because the food was already being prepared. I refuse to believe that my order had been in the process of being prepared when i cancelled the order. The cancellation fee is just way too much and it infringes on the Consumer Protection act 68 of 2008, section 17 states that Consumers have the right to cancel an order or booking but may be required to pay a reasonable cancellation fee. A business cannot charge excessive or unfair cancellation fees, especially if no loss was incurred. It is disappointing to see such a huge Company take advantage of their customers in this way
