Unacceptable restaurant etiquette

I had three separate occasions at the Burger King Flora centre of which the first one was us ordering cheesy fries with our meals in which we there had to send the chips back due to it being cold or which they then warmed the old chips in the microwave and brought the same chips back to us. The chips were hard and unappetising. Second occasion was when we order two chilli cheese chicken meals where there were absolutely no sauce on the burger whatsoever only the chicken burger itself. The third occasion was Friday past where I ordered chilli cheese fries with a crispy chicken with cheese and to my surprise again no sauce on the chilli cheese fries and no cheese on my burger I sent it back to the kitchen and they just added sauce onto the chips and a slice of cheese onto the burger. This is unacceptable honestly for a take away and the manager at the Burger King is really pathetic. He has absolutely no people skills and not once did he apologise for the inconvenience or for the mistakes. I am highly disappointed in the service we receive their countless times. If it happened once okay but this being a reoccurring thing is very disappointing.
