Unacceptable food and customer care service

I bought a new crispy chicken on Wednesday afternoon. The burger had no tomato the burger was taste less the chips was dry. The meal was so uneatable that I needed to take the whole meal and cuck it away. I sent a mail to customer care ragarding my meal they responded to ask basic details and nerver heared anything from them... if this is the service what one receives I will never support then
