Twice Bitten, Thrice shy

Popped into Burger King Strand N2 to purchase some Whoppers on 12 January 2019. Could see from the paypoint into the kitchen. The staff preparing the burgers were not wearing the required plastic gloves. I demanded that they make me other burgers while wearing gloves. The staff seemed very annoyed. They could not find the gloves at first but eventually did. I sent an email to complain. To date I have not received a reply or a call from them. Then again today, 25 January 2019, I went to buy Whoppers again. Guess what...the burgers were being prepared without gloves !!!. How does a company this big employ such useless staff and management that cannot adhere to basic hygiene protocol...I won't even bother to put in a complaint with them again. Seems they're useless at admin level too.
