Treat your employees with dignity!!

I am appalled by the way in which cashiers are being treated by management at the Burger King in Canal Walk. The manager on duty, Amanda, on 1st June 2024, held up a queue of customers so she could yell at her subordinates right in front us (customers) and when she was reprimanded by customers she arrogantly yelled back “I’ve been doing this for 29 years”. I wonder how these employees are expected to serve customers with a smile after being humiliated in front of them.
