Too bad there are no options for 0 star rating

I am very disappointed in Burger King Welkom today. I ordered 2x Big King boxes through MR Delivery and the whole meal was just not good. The burgers are not big at all as per the adverti*****t on the website, it fell apart and was not prepared neatly and fresh. The chicken was burnt and I asked for thighs where I got wings that we could not eat. The milkshake cups were half full and it was sour, it was white and not strawberry as requested. We only eat out once a month as it is so expensive and I wanted to treat my husband but it was such a disappointment. I don't think that we will ever support burger king again.
