Time consuming and tiny portions

We waited longer than 20 minutes for an order of 4 king value meals - and received meagre portions consisting of burgers, roughly 15 fries each and no ketchup, in comparison to previous orders placed and received at Burger King in Allen's Neck. Ordering and enjoying Burger King is a weekly occurrence for our family, however, lately we have become more and more disappointed with the service and meals provided
