The mean was not what I expected very disappointed and wasted my money.

I placed an order today at Burger King Craighall. Triple Whopper burger, medium meal with extra mayo. Jalapeno cheese fries, and Biskcoff milkshake. Burger King is my favourite, my go-to meal whenever I get paid, followed by Pedros. Ohh my God the wayt I was so hungry When i recuved the order it was cold,no extra mayo asked the driver, and he said it was given to him like that. When I got to the canteen my God, the patties are so dry, cold, no sauce at all 2 large onion rings, the meal was not edible at all. I took a video of the meal. I am so, so hurt and still hungry because that was the only money I had to spend on a low budget. I don't know how to handle thgis can somone please advise on this issue? I took a video of the meal.
