The epitome of Pathetic Customer Service
In October'22 my husband burnt his hand in the store in Cavendish square due to negligence of the manager. She made the coffee piping hot, most likely above acceptable temperature and she never gave him a cup holder for the large cups knowing that he's also carrying the bags of food. As a result due to cups being very hot and full the lids popped and burnt his hand to the point where it blistered immediately. He requiresd medical treatment and had to remain out of work for a few weeks due to the burns. The store tried to compensate our loss with 2 free coffees. Can you believe it. 2 coffees! We happened to pay for the coffee and meals we never ended up having any enjoyment out of. Never mind the trauma behind the whole Incident with my kids seeing this unfold and the staff in store being unhelpful when the incident happened. At the end of the day I laid a formal complaint which has been passed on to Burger Kings second or third party which deals with these claims and have never heard back from them and it's been 8 months. I have tried following up and all they basically said was youll hear from us when you hear from us. That's how they operate their business hoping that customers would forget, suffer all the losses physically and financially and they just carry on. Their service is beyond pathetic. Its sickening how large names such as Burger King cannot attend to these issues. Its probably because they have such a high rate of claims for their poor service that they cant keep up. Normally I would not go to the extent of shaming a company, but at this point we've had it.
