Terrible service and lack of delivery

Not happy with the service from your branch in Meyersdal Mall in Alberton. I ordered my meal through drive-thru and at the collection window I was asked to park my car at kerb so my meal can be delivered to my car. I went to drivethru not kerbside and waited for over 5 minutes for the meal
