Terrible Service!

My boyfriend and I are frequently buying from burger king and never have a experienced such pathetic service. Our order was messed up thrice on three different occasions at the burger king drive through. The first time we ordered 2× chilli cheese chicken meals and we received one chilli cheese chicken meal and 1 extra long chilli cheese meal which is in no way beneficial as they are completely different. The chilli cheese chicken is a chicken burger and the extra long is a beef burger. We let this slide. On the second occasion .. the same order was placed and again, the one meal was correct and the second burger was an employee's burger! We know this because it had someone's name on it and it wasn't even a burger that was sold by burger king. It had half a pattie on it with a bunch of lettuce. Again, we could not return to the store as my boyfriend needed to get to work. This being the third time, we placed an order for: - The R100 special(1× whopper burger + 1× chicken burger) and - A chilli cheese chicken meal with no garnish. We got: A whopper burger with 2× chicken burgers and both had garnish! Also when placing our order, we ordered Mountain Dew and only when we got to the collection window, we were told they are out of mountain dew. We settled for pepsi. And 2 of the cups had pepsi regular and the other cup had pepsi lite This was the final straw and we drove all the way around and stood in the drive through line the second time to have our order corrected. The manager said that they will fry a fresh batch of chips for us and correct the order. Whilst waiting, we witnessed one of the employees empty one of the cups which had cold drink in it, rinsed the cup and shove it back with the stack of cups which will be given to a customer that is completely unaware of this. This is so unprofessional, not to mention unsanitary! When we finally got our order back it was incorrect once again! We received the chilli cheese chicken burger, without cheese! When we got home and my boyfriend opened his chicken burger the lettuce on it looked old and the chilli cheese chicken burger barely had sauce on it(we have pictures to support everything being said) and the chips which was supposingly freshly fried was stale. I have never been this dissatisfied with a place in my entire life. Whenever we visit the burger king in Canal Walk, the service is excellent and the food looks and tastes so much better. As for the Table View branch, It is a total disappointment. Also, I don't get how whenever we go inside and order our food, the order is correct but the 3 times we needed to go through the drive though, it was a total disaster! I sincerely hope that this gets dealt with and that no one else has an experience such as the ones we've been experiencing. It is extremely frustrating
