Terrible food and service

bought a two fierce whooper burgers and a kiddies burger, only to arrive home to open the Most disappointing display of food. The one burger had a slice of anion ring and the other didn't have at all. Instead we have a burgers that are full of jalapeños. I called explain and I was asked what I wanted her to do. She will investigate, She added that I actually called and to the onion rings? What kind of service is this? Please advice. I'm beyond dissppointed with the manager on the call who hung up when I asked for her name. Emailed them but the email bounces back
