Terrible Food

Afternoon

I would like to notify Burger King South Africa about the disgusting food I received on Sunday morning between 10:30 and 11:30, firstly there was no stock of supplies, so we could only order certain meals, there were no small patties, which means we couldn't order certain meals, the chips were ice cold, either standing for a while, or not fried until hot.

We order two meals, and the jalepeno chicken sticks... While the workers were frying the sticks my food was already on a tray, standing for over 5minutes or more, I got my burger cold,the cheese was dry because it got cold.

There was no mayo sachets, we asked the staff if we could have mayo in a cup and was told no, I even offered to pay for the mayo.

I usually eat at the Republic Road Sasol Burger King and started growing fond in Burger King, actually telling people that Burger King is better then Mac Donald's, but after Sunday I was so disappointed, to think that the Burger King in the Vaal, looks amazing, it's a big burger King and is always busy, but yet the service and food was terrible and not fresh at all.

The lady or staff never at the till was very friendly and tried assisting, wish I had taken her name down.. As for the other staff I cannot say the same .

The following email was sent to Burger King two weeks ago , and i havnt received a response as yet.
