Standard of food is terrible, tasteless and dry!

The standards or Burger King has just been going down since it came to SA and it just keeps on getting worse. The burgers are not fresh, very dry and almost no sauces. The fries are stale and dry too.. it’s like they were made days before being served. I recently had a Big King - which is supposed to be the “Big Mac” and it was revolting! Literally had 0 sauce and the buns were so dry I struggled to swallow. Please stop giving us this tasteless food. I don’t actually know how this company is still in business in SA.
