Stale food bad service

Got fully loaded chips at drive through at Zeevenwaght ice cold turned back, managers was neverminded and unapologetic, got me new order......guess what, was also stale and cold and stale just took stale order and tossed it in microwave for 15 seconds, really guys this is ridiculous.
